3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.

• For Sports Betting, bets can be cancelled before a match begins, but no cancellations will be accepted once the match is underway.

6 Account Closure & Suspension

Jokerbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions on the account.
• Attempting to harm or threatening other users.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, though this may be held during an ongoing investigation.
